think the previous author of post was referring to helping the buyer who felt she got "dudded" by this seller.

I am not sure what to advise except following up a dispute with paypal directly, but I'm staying out of it.

I have not dealt with this seller.

Had wonderful transactions with Monica. But even with her as a 'hardcore' fountain pen seller, she mistakenly listed a fake 145 too on her list. I bought it (i was fooled too..haha) and sent her a reminder. She quickly refunded me.

 

My transactions with her had been extremely smooth.

I have bought quite a few MBs from her in the past. I bought a MB224 from Monika late last year, it came with a host of not described problems including a dented cap and a seriously sprung clip which were not shown in the listing photos. However Monica promptly offered me a choice of returning the pen or a partial refund, I chose the latter since i was already out on substantial customs duty on the pen and it was no point risking its return journey.

These lapses and ommisions are rather troubling, especially when we're talking about international transactions.

I had looked into this topic since I was trying to verify the reliability of this seller after I saw her on Ebay yesterday, and I may conclude that I can proceed with some test transactions, on the other hand I wonder how a reliable seller may ever sell a fake MB or cracked pens. She appears to be a pen lover and those are not mere particulars

I must agree with the above mentioned concerns.

I'll stick with my regulars for now, and leave y'all with erfobay- what a crazy name!
