Yes.

Hobby Lobby: https://www.fountainpennetwork.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=48231&view=findpost&p=1235052

Michael's here only sells calligraphy inks. Don't know about your neighborhood.

You could check AC Moore's website and put in your zip code to see what's available in your area.

Michael's website offers the same feature.

May you have pens you enjoy, with plenty of paper and ink. :)

Please use only my FPN name "Gran" in your posts. Thanks very much!

Im heading down to an area where the stores are all in a shopping center. Do you think they have something?

Hobby Lobby does have a 'few' basic inks.. they will be in the aisle with calligraphy supplies.. do be cautious as to whether the ink is Fountainpen ink, such as Sheaffer Skrip, rather than Calligraphy nib inks which can gum up the feed on your fountainpen.

I do not recall seeing Fountainpen ink in Michael's on recent visits..though your store might have different products..

edited..oops Gran and I are up, drink our am coffee-perusing FPN at the same time;)

Hobby Lobby also has a 40% off coupon in the newspaper every other week (this is not the week-it would be in the Sunday paper ad). You can also print it out from online. Check their clearance section also. I often see colored inks on clearance.

I haven't seen anything but calligraphy ink at the Michael's and AC Moore near me. Even the art supply stores near me in Philadelphia don't seem to carry any bottles of fountain pen ik.

Change is inevitable, except from vending machines.

The Hobby Lobby here has a lot of Ph. Martin's Bombay brand colors, all of which are India ink with some other pigment replacing lamp black, i.e. very much not fountain pen safe. They also have a very few other inks -- including Higgins "Fountain India" which is reportedly not actually fountain pen safe the way Pelikan Fount India is. They do, however, have a couple colors of ink in international cartridges, on pegs next to the Manuscript calligraphy sets, that are fountain pen safe inks (black and sepia, and pretty reasonably priced, though I know nothing about the ink inside). I seem to recall they had one or two colors of either Skrip or Quink, but I'm not certain; I was actually looking for Higgins Eternal inks last time I was there, and annoyed to see only the Martin's brand (though I've since determined I don't need the Higgins, I just needed to get my dip pens broken in properly).

Does not always write loving messages.

Does not always foot up columns correctly.

Does not always sign big checks.

They have little to nothing bottled ink wise (though there was afew bottles of Manuscript) that's FP friendly, but they carry Manuscript cartridges of all sizes. The same goes for A.C. Moore or Michaels but they only carry the cartridges in limited numbers.
