I just ran out to my flagstone walkway and shot a pic of my blue Visconti Rembrandt next to my ivory one for comparison sake:

These are blue Sheaffers on the left, Watermans on the right. On the far right is a Levenger.

These are blue pens from Wahl-Eversharp (the 4 on the left) and Conklin. The Conklin set on the right is Imperial Blue, which is very dark blue and gold, making it hard to distinguish from the more common black & gold.
