Sailor Profit Realo

Hi,

On the issue of ink capacity for the new 2009 Realo piston filler, I did a comparative writeout after filling both my new Realo and 1962 Sheaffer PFM II, both with medium nibs. The writeout was to 8" X 10" copy paper with 1/2" margins with paragraphs of 250 - 300 words each. Up front I say that it's apples to oranges and subjective, depending on writing style and other variables, but it did satisfy my curiosity as to how much ink I could count on for the routine writng I do each day at work, etc., before I need to think of refilling.

With the Realo, I can count on writing 9.5 pages with a fillup; with the PFM II, I can count on writing 8.5 pages with a fillup.

It seems not to be attached.

This is a known bug in the current version of the BB software. Linking images from external hosting sites like Flickr still works: you could try that.

Thanks:the mistake was mine. File was too big so I resized it thru Picasa without getting a response on the upload and prematurely posted. Picture is at flickr:f8flickr's photostream
