Most beautiful pen ever produced?

Several months ago I came across a thread that asked the active members of FPN to name most beautifully designed pen ever produced. From the information in that thread I was inspired to learn about and acquire these pens.

Since there is a whole new group of FPN members, I would like to resurrect the question again...

What is the most beautifully designed pen ever produced? Here are my nominees...

1. Chilton Wingflow (Classic styling that epitomizes art deco)

2. Chilton Clown (Brightly colored. This is the pen that grabs everyone's attention)

3. Eversharp Skyline (Revolutionary pen design, very Mid-Century modern)

4. Mabie Todd Eternal 44 to 48. (Best looking flat-top pen ever; the clip-design is spectacular)

5. Moore Fingertip (Revolutionary hidden feed design; Some see this as a copy of the Parker 51. I see this as a beautiful design in its own right.)

If I think of others, I'll post them.

+1 on the Montblanc 149

Clean, simple, elegant curved lines. Girth to improve writing comfort. Superior nib and flow. Perfect un-posted balance.

Time tested design from a hundred year old company. A true legacy pen.

Form following from function.

1) Sheaffer Triumph Snorkel in solid gold or gold filled cap and section. This is the classiest pen I've ever seen. It's loaded with revolutionary features rarely seen in other pens such as but not limited to spring tension pocket clip, mechanically driven filling mechanism, unique nib design, visualated section, high ink retention/evaporative resistance, perfect girth and height. My former favorite PFM does not even come close. It has the mechanical soul of a Hamilton watch and purrs of the AC Shelby Cobra gliding through the page.

2) Pilot Murex

3) Omas Paragon

Got a question about the Chilton Clown, I know it came in white and orange/red, also in white and black. Were there any other colors?

I have seen pictures of both of those mentioned above, I think I like the white and black somewhat more than the other, but either one would, in my opinion, would look great in anyone's collection.

The MontBlanc above is one of my favourites (But I don't own any nice FP's)

But how about :notworthy1: THIS!!!

Yes. That. In that color. I can't help but wonder how it would look with yellow gold trim. Maybe/maybe not the single most beautiful, but well above the final cut.

I came here for the pictures and stayed for the conversation.

Finally a pic.

While a nice intellectual discussion, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Of course, this coming from a high-tech challenged neanderthal who has barely held digital cameras and knows nothing about posting pics.

The 149. A classic good looking pen. There are also many variants based on the 149 that look great, too!

EDIT: trying to get a darn picture, but I guess most of you know how a 149 looks like...

Wow. That Visconti Divina Proporzione is amazing. Right down to the Fibonacci numbers engraved on the filling mechanism, it's a nerd's dream come true. I love it.
