What ink(s) are you waiting for in the mail?

Went off the deep end, waiting on THREE bottles of Noodlers now..

Polar Brown...Zhivago and Tiananmen, and an AHAB flex as long as I was off the leash....

Once they arrive it will be a question of what to try first... oh the pain... the agony... the wait!

If you think everything is going well... you obviously have no idea what is really going on!

Seeking inks that won't feather on the cheap yellow paper at work -

so awaiting arrival of Noodler's Old Manhattan Black and MB Midnight Blue.

(slight delay due to back order at FPH, but just got e-mail that they are now on their way! :) )

The best of all is the X-Feather black from Noodlers.

With the new FPN rules, now I REALLY don't know what to put in my signature.

Montblanc Ink of Friendship is on its way from Melpens. The only place I could find it for a reasonable price, although shipping was as much as the ink. Next time I'll buy special inks as soon as I see them in the refill store.

If only the Goulets sold Montblanc ink. I would never have to buy from anywhere else.

2 bottles of DE ATRAMENTIS scented inks:

Green Tea

Elderberry

I debated about a third, but I have not tried the brand yet so I'm starting slow.

whoopeee, just bought my first Iroshizuku ink (Tsuki Yo) from the classifieds here.

Now the waiting starts... one little bottle of ink crossing one frontier  and then another  and another  , and then it's here...

Really looking forward to it, thanks to all the enablers here of course :clap1:

As a Christmas present to myself I bought two of the Noodler's inks exclusive to Pendemonium: Legal Lapis and Violet Vote! Also waiting on some Visconti Blue in cartridge form.

I'm waiting for a bottle of black Parker Quink, and a charcoal lamy safari (fine nib).

Good for you and welcome to FPN! If you're new to fountain pens, it won't take long before temptation sets in and you'll want to be more adventurous in your ink selections. It's a long way down hill from there! I fell off the wagon this Christmas (as usual) and decided I couldn't live without Diamine Ancient Copper (one of the new inks that's proven popular). For good measure, I added Diamine Bilberry and Denim, two other new inks, as well as Diamine Grey (my first grey). I'm slowing increasing my collection of the excellent R&K inks, and ordered Veridian Green and Sepia (these will make 11 out of the 18 inks that R&K produces). That should hold me for a while.

This seems to be a rather popular thread in the writing instruments forum, so why not in the inky thoughts forum?!

So what are you waiting for?

I have 3 bottles of Diamine on the way: Steel Blue, Jet Black, and Poppy Red. Diamine said they were including a special gift with my order. I understand this means an assortment of ink cartridges. smile.gif

Thank you, dizzypen, for this fun topic as colors are always a happy thought for me, and, I'm sure, for all of us here posting in, or reading this thread!

I'm waiting for three bottles of Montblanc Racing Green, one bottle of J. Herbin Anniversary 1670 Rouge Hematite and three bottles of Noodler's Blue Ghost to arrive in the mail. I received an email that the three bottles of Montblanc Racing Green and the one bottle of J. Herbin Anniversary 1670 Rouge Hematite I ordered where shipped to me today : ). Now I'm waiting for an email confirming that the three bottles of Noodler's Blue Ghost have shipped. The Montblanc Racing Green ink has been discontinued : ( .

Stipula Moss Green. I am deeply in love with that one. Not to vivid, not too dull. And the bottle, so Italian. Ahhhhh.

 It's for Yew!bastardchildlil.jpg
