What ink(s) are you waiting for in the mail?

My number finally came up on the Shigure Ink waitlist for Troublemaker inks.  I am expecting Petrichor and Foxglove in addition to Pennonia Zuzmo and Balaton-kek.  I also sprung for some 5mls of Colorverse Sea Europa, Allan Hills and Life on Mars.

 

I have been refreshing my tracking number way too much today.  Still in New Jersey.

Just ordered a Sailor 1911L Key Lime from Pen Boutique. Obviously, one cannot order just a pen - gotta get some inks, too. So with the pen:

• Sailor Ink Studio 573 - a kind of caramel orange-brown
• Sailor Ink Studio 773 - a strong orange
• Kobe #07 - a dark blue
• Taccia Ukiyo-e Utamaro-Usuzumi - a black ink, because the six black inks I already have are not enough. . .

 

(I was going to go for one of the Ink Studio blacks, but I figured this was a good time to go for another Taccia ink - I previously sampled their olive green and the classic blue jeans, and both of those colors were great.)

 

Oh, and I have a bottle of Sailor Ink Studio 740 (Blue) on the way from Goulet. That order - with a Vac Mini - was supposed to be delivered yesterday. But it turns out it's been bouncing around Virginia for a week. Maybe one of these days, it will start making its way west.

A little family of penBBS inks are supposedly winging their way here from China sometime in the next ?? weeks. Due this week are a couple of MB replacements, a big bottle of Monteverde Moonstone (which I seem to get through a lot of) and a couple of Sailor Shikiori topups, along with some Ferris Wheel Press and an extra bottle of Yamabukiiro, which I seem to have run out of rather quickly (I suspect it may have been raided by a daughter for a gold pen). And perhaps something else that I can't remember.

Ugh, Pen Boutique has informed me that the Taccia Ukiyo-e Utamaro-Usuzumi (black ink) is not going to be available until August. 

 

At least they're shipping the rest of my items now.

I'm very curious to see which version of red it is this time! With a name like Scarlet, I'm hoping for more of a corn poppy than a Hitchcock or Shakespeare.

Still waiting for my long-back-ordered (from Pen Boutique)  Kyo-no-oto Urahairo, a celadon green I got a sample of and then had to have. 

So many samples I get are too like colors I already have. Not this one.
