Unfortunately there is no threshold for orders with Milligram Outlet past which free (domestic) shipping applies. Or perhaps that's why I ordered so many bottles, to make the apportioned shipping charges per unit more palatable!

Confirmed and shipped: two bottles of Jacques Herbin Noir Abyssal.

 

Not that I really needed any more black, or the three grey ink ordered a few days ago, but it does encourage me to get the sketchbook out and use more so that is a good outcome. Whatever it takes. :happyberet:

That's quick! My order is still sitting in Unfulfilled status, and three out of the four products — including Jacques Herbin Noir Abyssal 50ml — on it now only bring up an HTTP 404 (Page not found) errors when I click on them, so they must all be sold out.

That's strange. Maybe something with one of the other items help up processing (since I was able to order Noir Abyssal after you)? Are all your items from the Outlet store? I couldn't see how to order from both Outlet and the normal store in one order - I did look because it would have been good to combine shipping. It does say they'll cancel items no longer in stock so they can send the rest of the order quickly, but haven't even done that. It doesn't make sense.

👍 I was tempted by Sweet Fig too, but it was nudged shoved out of the cart by Cradle Mountain Grey. I was determined to get just three.

Yes. A bunch of the spiral-bound 432-page ‘non-diary’ books for $5 apiece — the dot grid paper is worth it for ink/pen testing and scribbling purposes, and the date-stamping on the pages are not too intrusive — and two Daiso-prices-cheap (Chinese-made) Herbin wax guns, because the rechargeable low-temperature glue gun I have is too finicky, so I want to see if these would work better. I don't have wax sticks here, although I do have sealing wax and wax seals, and I could consider trying some Herbin wax sticks later.

Me too, just to qualify the order for free shipping; and so I picked the three sheeniest non-shimmer inks I saw.

Just yesterday, I ordered a bottle of Levenger Amethyst from Levenger and from Goulet a bottle of Diamine Silver Fox along with some note cards.

I received shipment notification for part of my order. All the bottles of Jacques Herbin Noir Abyssal are there, but only some of the spiral-bound non-diary daily notebooks. The other units of the latter are allegedly being prepared for shipment. Looks like Milligram Outlet is not going to recoup its shipping costs by charging a non-negotiable $8.80 for delivery of my order.

Just placed a Vanness order for some of the new Private Reserves:

  • Spearmint
  • Black Magic Blue
  • Dakota Red

Plus, clearance bottles of the old Velvet Black and Chocolat Fast Dry ($6 each - at that price, I can't hardly cry if there's any issues!)

 

And samples of Diamine Blue Velvet and Writer's Blood.

That looks like it could be a nice one - there's a pic of a card with sample writing here: https://www.wellappointeddesk.com/2019/12/ink-review-newest-penbbs-inks/. Nice label.

Someday I will wade into the waters (inks?) of PenBBS - there are so many colors that look like I would love (and just as many, if not more, that I wouldn't 😉).
