One pack of Skrip Turquoise cartridges and 1 pack of Yellow.

It's hard work to tell which is Old Harry when everybody's got boots on.

Two boxes each of Pilot Blue, Blue-Black, and Purple cartridges destined for my 12-year-old granddaughter to go with the Pilot Metropolitan fountain pen we were giving her (and which we did give her) for Christmas, inks which I originally ordered in mid-December, which Jet Pens shipped the next day, which USPS unquestionably delivered on the 16th …… to somebody else. Lost in the mail!

I filed a missing-mail claim with USPS. When I didn't hear back promptly, I called the phone number on the Contact USPS page. I was told the case would be assigned to someone and that someone would call me within the next 48 hours. It took 6 days, but I'm getting ahead of the story.

While awaiting the USPS call I emailed Jet Pens to let the folks there know that an order had been lost in the mail. I figured they'd want to know about these things. Antonia from Jet Pens then took the lead in the postal investigation. USPS—which I've always relied on, never had problems with—didn't do anything until after Antonia contacted its missing-mail crew. She emailed me to update me on the case. Exactly 10 minutes later, the 48-hours-later call from USPS, the one that took 6 days, finally came. Coincidence? Bookman doesn't believe in coincidences. The next and last time I heard from USPS (We give up; case closed), it happened shortly after Antonia emailed me about her contact with USPS.

So now Jet Pens is sending me a courtesy replacement order. Kudos Antonia and Jet Pens! (This time I'm signing for the package.)

Some 30ml samples, Diamine Sargasso Sea, Mystic Blue and Midnight, bought directly from Diamine in the UK: http://www.diamineinks.co.uk/listings.aspx?catid=67

I was wavering between Midnight and Oxford Blue and thought about getting both, but shipping to Europe jumps from 3GBP to 4GBP for 4 bottles.
