Glad to help.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Don't know where to start?  Look at the Inky Topics O'day.  Then, see inks sorted by color: Blue Purple Brown Red Green Dark Green Orange Black Pinks Yellows Blue-Blacks Grey/Gray UVInks Turquoise/Teal MURKY

Ooh, interesting -- many thanks! That would have been rough in this instance, as I'd want to flush the black ink out before vacuuming the blue ink in, but I'm definitely keeping this in mind when it's time to refill the one I have loaded with Bilberry.

But then how would I get ink on my fingers?

After winning an auction a few minutes ago, I've got a bottle of Sheaffer Skrip King's Gold on its way. :D

(And, while my main interest is the ink, the bottle itself -- complete with filling well -- looks to be in exceptionally good condition, too.)

Where did you find it?

It was an Ebay purchase. Not cheap, but then again, not as much as I would pay for a bottle of Iroshi.

S T Dupont Violet - I grab these whenever I see them as they are getting harder to find these days. This one will be a present for a pen pal :-)

Want to do a CRV? I need to send out letters and I have lots of tomoe river sheets inked up with bright and pretty colors.
