My piston pens are itching (all right, I'm the one that's itching) for Noodler's Polar Blue, Polar Green and Hunter Green. Unfortunately, my father has found out and he's told me he's dropping over as soon as I get the Polar Blue and taking the bottle for himself since he's been wanting a bulletproof ink for over a year. At least that means I'll have to buy more ink later this month!

In some things in life it's better to take a Zen approach. If you think too much you won't achieve your goal, wheras if you don't think and let yourself go, it shall be achieved with ease. I find this helpful in writing, kendo and music.

J. Herbin Terre de Feu and a bunch of samples from Goulet. I should mention this is my first J. Herbin ink, I'm broadening my ink horizons and my color palette!

I think for the first time in many years, I'm not waiting on any inks. I can't find any others I don't have, and there are a few that I don't want (like Noodler's Russian and UK series--although I do have 150 other Noodler colors).

With the new FPN rules, now I REALLY don't know what to put in my signature.

I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing, Sam. Or if I should be jealous or relieved that I don't have 100+ inks.

It's a very red brown, if you like that, at least the one I have from an early batch was. Closer to Antietam by far than #41 brown.

Hi KCat, you know it's not good or bad. It's just ink! :roflmho: In total, I have over a thousand inks, with a number of favorites duplicated. One of these days, I'll catalog them. I have too many sticks in the fire to do it now.

I need to brighten up my palette from brown and grey and black to: Noodler's Concord Bream and Cayenne. Can hardly wait! It'll be my first try for Noodler
