Picked this up with a handful of Parker 51s. Never been used, in excellent condition. A less common pen that was supposed to be an economy version of the 51, it apparently was made for 2 years only. (Information about this pen type may be viewed here- http://parkerpens.net/parker/parker41.shtml ) As I am a user, and not a collector, I think I should let this one go.

As you can see from the pictures, it is a little shorter than a standard 51. The nib apears to be a Fine, and when I run it on paper it feels like most other 51s I have used.

Andrew: Does this pen have a 14K gold nib? Hope this is not a silly question but I am confused about Parker 51 gold nibs and now confused about the 41s. I am still interested in this pen.

The 41s came with an "Octanium" nib (stainless steel of some sort).
