help identify my pen.....

hello everyone, well i am posting topic today hoping you knowledgeable folks can help me identify my vintage fountain pen....it has ROWI and a logo above this on the cap. it is gold metal color with light texture pattern. i aslo see a tiny impressed mark reading- "double"(with logo) on bottom edge of cap. (14k 585 nib from 1940's german) thats all i could find through research about this pen. very nice on the inside of pen i was hoping to learn orgin, maker ,date of pen... thank you so much,

thanks so much.....i 'm sure that rowi may be the company...it dates right, but i will do more research too. im right down the road #4 from mike w. thanks again for your quick reply and informations...

I think I can help you on identifying this fountain pen.I too, have one..a set actually, as I have a matching mechanical pencil. I bought them many years ago on the German eBay. I have searched and searched but have never seen anything on them.

 

It would appear that Rowi is a shortening of the actual company name, which is Rowaig. ...OR...maybe it is Rowi A.G. That just occured to me and sounds likely.

 

I am posting here a pic of the fountain pen and another of the instruction sheet I have for them.

 

Do you still have yours?

 

I may list my set for auction on eBay this week
