    Hey everyone, So im new here as a member, but I've been browsing the forums as a guest for quite a while, and one thing ive noticed is lacking is a single thread talking about Indian pens that are excellent deals, and ones that aren't worth even the cheap price. Recently ive stumbled across a wonderful website called fountainpenrevolition.com which im sure many of you have heard of, where they sell many many many kinds of Indian fountain pens, most of which are very inexpensive. This intrigued me, because id never seen much on Indian fountain pens. So in short: I think it would be nice to use this thread as kind of a compiled list of all known knowledge on these Indian pens. In your experience are there Indian pens that were cheap yet are beautiful writers and part of your daily use? Or are these seemingly low prices really too good to be true? Which pens do you suggest? Which do you suggest not getting?

    Hey all, I was wondering does anyone have any experience with the Pelikano Up? I'm thinking of getting it from Fountain Pen Hospital with the Left handed Nib.(since I'm left handed). Does anyone have any thoughts about this particular Pelikan? Thanks, Rosendust

    Mine just came in, and I assume others are receiving theirs as well. Show your first scribbles with it, or just let us know your quick impression of it. This is my first TWSBI, and I'm impressed. I've handled an acquaintance's 580 and like that, too, but I feel the ECO holds its own. A nice piston filler that has a good, solid feel in my hand at a price competitive with other intro pens like the Lamy Safari or Pilot Prera. Writes smoothly out of the box, for me. I wouldn't hesitate to point my friends to this one.

    Autumn is on its way and i was just wondering if any of you fine people had any suggestions as to what inks would compliment the season well? i'd guess browns and reds. thank you for your help
