    Did I Do The Right Thing?

    The other day I was looking for some pen listings on some local auction sites and some fuzzy looking pen pictures caught my eye. The quality of the pictures was so low that the finish of the pen (Targa) was not regocognizable. Well, I spoke to the seller and he said it was a Sheaffer pen with yellow body and yellow color nib. The asking price was Pak Rupee 2300 (around $22). Well, I finalized the deal and made the payment. Fast forward, when the pen arrived, it was this: ...with the clear blue sac and red ended uninked / unused converter: ...in box, with paperwork and unpierced brand new cartridges: It was the cheapest NOS 1005 Targa I have ever bought. Wasn't it?
