vintage pen Help IDing Byer and Hayes pen
kickstand posted a topic in Fountain & Dip Pens - First Stop
Hello! I am new to collecting vintage pens and picked a couple up this weekend at the pen show. We are having trouble identifying this one in particular. We have found similar pens but none this size. -
Breather hole 1 Breather hole 2 Slightly off center finial You can see some line in the trim. The cap is clean inside. The small section makes the not too large feed look disproportionately large but works absolutely fine. In night light, can you see the brand name? The Ranga 4CS, Parker 45 and the Ratnam Small ebonite.

I love the little Rhodia pads...I have a cover for the size 11, and wondered if anyone knows of a smaller cover to fit the size 10? Doesn't have to be the same brand....just a wee cover/holder for size 2" x 2"(5.2cm x 7.5cm) Alex

i generally don't go for small pens, but this one came up on ebay early this morning with a very reasonable BIN price, and it was too cute and too clean to pass up: http://i291.photobucket.com/albums/ll296/penmanila/zx26_zps386c0d50.jpg http://i291.photobucket.com/albums/ll296/penmanila/zx26b_zps9e20844e.jpg http://i291.photobucket.com/albums/ll296/penmanila/zx26a_zps5f432154.jpg it's no longer that small when the cap screws on to the barrel! http://www.ebay.com/itm/Diamond-Point-long-short-fountain-pen-1930-/111150111602?_trksid=p2047675.l2557&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEWNX%3AIT&nma=true&si=nV%252FqIavfCRix2xdGUSbyHa61NYM%253D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc
