I see Sailor has recently announced the release of four new ink colours in the Shikiori product line: Source: Sailor Pen website (It's a little confused.) Source: Sailor Pen website The ink colours for Spring and Summer look pretty ordinary to me. The one for Autumn looks a bit like Rohrer & Klingner Scabiosa, and the one for Winter has that subtle shading-to-a-warmer-violet thing; but overall, I'm not so impressed by what I see, to be chomping at the bit to pay Sailor's asking price for a 20ml bottle of any of them. That said, if reviews of Potsupotsu shows that the ink has good water resistance — where similarly multi-hued Diamine Bashful Blueberry doesn't — then I might be convinced to part with money.

Sailor is releasing their shikiori inks in cartridges. Each package has 3 cartridges in it, with the name of the ink in English (or rather in Latin letters), so it's easy to know what ink is in it if you carry the cartridges loosely with you. One package with 3 carts will cost 350 Yen + tax, so that gives an idea on price. There will be a special/limited package available of all colours in a box. After expanding their steel nib (ProColor) Shikiori line, they are now also expanding their Pro Gear Slim Shikiori line. https://twitter.com/sailor_1911/status/1227414407124152321 https://twitter.com/sailor_1911/status/1227412254141886465 Their ProColor pens are only in F available and their PGS Shikiori only in MF, I suspect these new colours will also be available in MF only. Fountain pens and ballpoints to complemet.
