Platinum launches a new addition to their #3776 Century NICE series! This time its the new color "LILAS" featuring the image of a flower. The Nice series is inspired by the renowned city located in southern France's Côte d' Azur. This city is blessed with a mild climate, with pouring radiant sunlight something that is expressed through the fountain pen's body. Its resin transparent body features a sandblasted finish with cut grooves at precise angles which express a contrast between light and shimmering water. The name LILAS, means lilac in French, using for pink gold metal trims with a pale pink body to evoke the image of the flower. This flower symbolizes friendship, memories of adolescent, innocence and first love, pride and beauty. The first 2000 fountain pens are Limited Edition coming with a blotter card which includes a serial number. This edition includes an exclusive packaging with a chrome plating converter and blue black ink cartridge. I've always been the sort of person who goes for things like the Lamy Safari, Noodler's pens, and heck, even two Platinum Preppies are in my daily use pouch. I can only really afford to get one cheap pen like that per year since I'm a college student living on a low income. But I will be graduating in the next few months, and my family said they'd give me a generous gift of $400 or so. I am very thankful, obviously, and I want to use it wisely. One thing I think I'd really like to get is a wonderful fountain pen. One that I will cherish for the rest of my life. The problem is, how do I choose? There are no pen boutiques near me where I can test them out. I don't even know where to start. Should I get a custom Edison pen? Or many Visconti pens generally have good reviews, should I go with them? Mont Blanc? Vintage or modern? Etc. Basically I have no idea how to make this choice. A lot of pens have glowing reviews, so I can't really just rely on that. And even though I've tried a lot of the cheaper pens, I don't really have a clear vision of what I like. Both thin and thick pens work for me. I like fine nibs and broads ones. Flashy and plain black barrels are both fine for me. I've used heavy pens and light pens and enjoyed them both. Etc. All I know is that I want a nice looking, smooth writing pen. So yeah, any advice on how to choose a great pen?

Hi guys, it has been a long time that I am struggling for legible and good handwriting, I went through different types of handwriting, first I wrote in cursive but never became fluent with it then I tried separate words but were looking kind of childish writing, then I wrote on middle of the line then again I jumped back on the line with different techniques of writing, so I came to this form so that you good people can help me improve my handwriting. My one more problem is that I can write in more than 20 styles (2 of which are attached in the photo) this has became problem for me because which one style should I finalize and choose. My handwriting attached in this photo are 2 writings, open photo it will be named "1" and "2" in other photo attached (written in red colour on the photo) so you people can distinguish between two different handwritings of mine, my both handwritings in both pics are legible means I can write it fast and fluent but tell me by looking at the photo that is such writing acceptable or not and which one should I choose, thanks.
