  1. What is the problem when you have extensive nib dribble. I don't mean nib crawl where there is a touch of ink on the nib and you wipe it off. I also do not mean when you fill the fountain pen, I mean while using it; I mean after you have put it back in pen case and you remove it again to write; there is visible ink on the nib. I mean the tip of the nib is covered in the ink you are using. I am having this problem with my new Omas Ogiva Alba. I am including one picture to demonstrate. This picture is actually light nib dribble compared to some instances. Should I simply not use this ink in this pen? Wiping it simply smears it more and makes it worse. This same problem was previously posted regarding this ink doing similar when loaded in my Pelikan pens. Should I simply abandon this ink with my pens? I love the pen, love the ink, they just don't seem to like each other. Help!

    Iroshizuku Nib Crawl Issue

I know those who love Pilot Iroshizuku bottled ink may not have this experience or it is so minor they don't care, but has anyone had nib crawl with this ink? I had Momiji, although I liked the color, I found on my Pelikan nibs, there was a lot of visible ink which remain, even after I wiped the nib clean of excess. The ink visible made nib the color of ink being used. Sadly, my an awful mistake, I threw away almost the entire bottle of Momiji in getting ready to move. I am sort of heartbroken and not yet sure whether I am going to replace that particular hue. Recently, the same day I received my Pelikan M600, returned from a nibmeister, I also received a bottle of Tsutsuji. I think I may like the color a tad more than Momiji. Yet, once again, there is nib crawl. The ink, no matter how much I clean the nib, still appears. This may simply be the reaction of the ink to being in a Pelikan. I have not attempted to fill up a cartridge and with syringe fill this ink in one of my Lamys to see what happens. Just curious, has anyone who likes or loves this ink found it to be visible a lot on the nib after filling your pen? Does this bother you?
