Hello! I'm Kevin, and I'm wondering if anyone knows of a pen body that will fit a Montblanc Artfineliner refill. I frankensteined a Noodler's Ahab with the business end of a Sharpie, and it totally worked. Just wondering if there's any other way. Kevin

Hello Everyone! I'm Tommy from right near the gold vault here in Kentucky. Im a 33 year old wannabe writer who has begun exploring this new world of fountain pens. Fountain pens always looked amazing to me from movies and such. But they always looked very intimidating to me, with the bottled ink and all. But I was facinated by them but never really explored them until I saw a discussion on twitter. Ever since then I have begun slowly exploring more and more. Slowly because I don't think my wallet could take all the pens I want!

Hey fellow inkers! I'm currently studying a B Medical Science in Sydney! Ill be that doctor you've been awaiting for who has legible handwriting yea? Just kidding haha. I've been interested in calligraphy since I was in high school, always wanted to improve my penmanship. Finally bought a pen early this year, was a pilot parallel though so it didn't really help on the handwriting part although it did kill some time during my holidays haha. I've been practicing blackletter recently, really love the letterforms but I'm going to try work on my handwriting now. I'm ready to buy a nice fountain pen! What would you recommend? Hard medium flex nibs etc, any nice pens I can start off using? What pen models are of a decent price? I got excited and purchased two iroshizuku inks (murasaki shikibu and shin ryoku) online, no regrets there haha. Can't wait for them to arrive!! Simon
