Montblanc Starwalker Cool Blue Year Of Release
Newjelan posted a topic in Fountain & Dip Pens - First Stop
I am attempting to catalogue most of my pen collection and am hoping someone can tell me what year the Montblanc Starwalker Cool Blue FP was released? I bought mine when it was first available in Australia. I know it's been a while, but have no idea when I purchased it. It's pretty much my favourite pen and has been in constant use since I bought it. Since the beginning, I've used it with a Faber-Castell converter. (Apologies for the quality of the images, the windows in my house are all tinted and it's a dark, rainy day.) -
Hey y'all. Got some pen mail today and thought I'd share the love. Peace.

Wow, this felt like a long long wait and thanks to my genius mailman, my package was actually back at the PO days ago. Finally sorted it out and I'll admit, I was more excited abt this package than I was for the equally new Destiny for PS4. Firstly tho, the pens are (in theory) a present for my GF, who recently got bumped up a few notches in the hierarchy. Yep, u guessed it, the pens are Montblanc Quite well packed, thanks Dennis. Out of the box and semi unwrapped Shout out to La Couronne Du Compte - pleasure to deal with, exceedingly trustworthy - buy with confidence. Dankjewel Dennis! Soooooo, thats it. Anti climax right? Muhahahaha. Like I said, the stuff above are presents so will have to wait for someone else to open, will post pics afterwards

Hi everyone, I'm wondering if this is ink on the section of a Montblanc Starwalker Rubber/Metal fp. I asked the seller specifically about it and he could not provide more direct info, as I was wondering why it wasn't simply removed before selling: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300919548876 If it is something that cannot be removed (Noodler's golden brown ink?), then it would be better to know about it sooner rather than later. And my second question has to do with authenticity--sorry to be sneaking this in, since I know many people are tired of answering these kinds of questions! any help would be much appreciated. Does it look real or fake? And this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/261227387489?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 ? (I would get it in store rather than deal with ebay, but it's twice as expensive there...) In the first pen linked to, the rubber doesn't seem to have that nice textured/mottled look on the authentic Starwalkers, but it could be due to the bad quality of the photos. The seller provided a serial number for it. Otherwise, any comments or suggestions? I've looked at the guidelines on penboard.de...
