On the recent hunt to find the perfect blue ink, I came across one I do like, Noodlers Blue. Is there any color difference between regular Noodlers blue and Noodlers blue eel, I've heard people say there is and some say there isn't. Personally, I don't know why just lubricant would change the color, but yet I'm only about 6 months into the Fountain Pen 'craze'. I want to use a lubricated ink because I noticed that my nib on a couple of my pens are a little sluggish and dry out easily, but dont want to loose that pretty Noodlers Blue.

If like me, you're UK based, and are missing certain qualities from Noodler's inks then I'm interested to know how you feel. I just paid a small fortune to get some lubricated ink yesterday, as it invariably has to come from abroad. We have our own, home grown and chromatically innovative Diamine up in Liverpool, and I want to press them to be more creative in this regard. Virtually everyone would benefit as Nathan is having a hard time keeping up, and Diamine already have so many admirers worldwide.
