    Hi, I bought this in a book shop recently, Sept '16, and it seems to be a fairly good writer for the low cost price of £5. It's aimed at the school market, and is all plastic. Nib is steel in a medium width, and it takes an international short cartridge, and it's possible to put a spare cartridge in the barrel too. It writes fairly smoothly, no 'hard starts' or skipping. It was available in black, blue or red.
