    Questions About Lamy Nexx

    Hello! due to my excitement, I bought my first fountain pen, Lamy Nexx even without knowing much about it. There doesn't seem to be a lot of forums about the Nexx. I hope someone can help me with my questions here: 1. is the nib replaceable with other sizes? 2. can I use other cartridges other than the T10? Parker Quink, maybe? 3. I've heard about z24 and z26, which of the two is better? (I don't care about the red color) 4. should I not post the cap? 5. how do I clean it? Thanks! -rhjn

    Lamy Gold F Nib Jammed In Nexx

    I've got a problem. I read online that Lamy niibs (except the 2000) were interchangeable, so I tried switching the gold nib from my Lamy accent into my Lamy Nexx. Silly, I know, but I wanted to try writing with a lighter pen and it was the only other Lamy I had. Anyway, now the Lamy gold nib is stuck on the Nexx (it writes fine though). It seems the Nexx's feed it a tad larger than the Accent's. When I tried the Accent's nib on the Nexx, it was too loose and would slide off. So, mildly panicking here. I'd like to get that gold nib off the Nexx. All tips would be appreciated.

    Hi, I am planning on buying a new fountain pen, and i have narrowed it down to the Lamy Nexx M and the Parker IM. Since they are about the same price, I was wondering which one is better. Ty Bros
