Over the last couple of days I have received outstanding support from Dave at Nanami Paper. I live in the UK and was trying to order from the site - there was a glitch which left me unable to proceed fully with the order. I emailed Dave with an outline of the problem and over the last day and a half have had a couple more email exchanges, which have been particularly helpful. Not only the helpfulness and tone of the emails have been impressive but also the swift responses as well.
