    Ambitious nib units

I have come to know that in earlier group buys planned here for ambitious nibs, enthusiasts bought complete screw in nib units from Ambitious. Did they have plastic or ebonite feeds? Can anyone please share a photo? Are they finned well to resist burping in eyedropper pens like the Sheaffer No-Nonsense feed and German nib units? What has been the flow experience in general with these nib units? All help is highly appreciated.

    PLP 008 Ebonite Fountain Pen

This is my first ever online review of any fountain pen and I post it here instead of the Indian subcontinent forum because I believe that this pen and brand deserve recognition from all fountain pen users from over the world, not just those interested in the Indian fountain pen industry. Also, PLP deliver products to all over the world. Colors of different models can be seen at their website: PLP Handmade Pens For pricing and availability, please WhatsApp Mr. Satish Kumar from PLP pens on this number +91 96522 76914 PLP 008 is normal sized pen by modern standards and made completely out of ebonite. In the eyedropper version it comes with an Indian made Ambitious nib with an ebonite feed. The PLP 008 Flat top Chocolate Black Comparisons: Capped: From Right to Left - Twsbi Eco, PLP 008, Pilot Metropolitan, Parker Frontier Uncapped/Sections and nibs: From Right to Left - Twsbi Eco, PLP 008, Parker Frontier, Pilot Metropolitan The Review A written sample with PLP 008, filled with Krishna Jungle Volcano on Rhodia 80 GSM paper. All questions, comments, suggestions are welcome

    Guider Pens: Worth it now?

I have been reading the posts about Guider pens on this forum recently and also interacting with the folks at Guider via Whatsapp. The current pricings are as such: Rs 7500 for Giant Ebonite and Rs 6500 for Zimbo Ebonite. All are 3 in 1 filling mechanism with German Schmidt nibs. Now, to want a purely eyedropper pen with an Indian nib would be considered a 'custom made' pen and hence even more expensive than the prices quoted above (that's what I have been told on Whatsapp by Guider). They told me that they had shifted from purely eyedropper to completely 3 in 1 mode due to flow issues reported by customers. My interest is in purely eyedropper pens and I like the Indian Kanwrite and Ambitious nibs. I have come to understand from experienced users on this forum that Guider are masters in making really huge and yet most comfortable ebonite eyedroppers, and precisely for this reason I was thinking of buying one, but now seeing the prices, I am hesitating, especially considering the prices and options available with PLP and Woodex. We all know that prices have risen tremendously recently with Guider pens. Is it still worth it to buy them? I would like to know the opinion of users here. Thanks a lot in advance.
