Dear All, I am happy to share some photos of my latest Montblanc: the Peggy Guggenheim PoA Limited Edition 888: The box is similar to other patron of the arts 888: in wood this time white with a lion: symbol of Venice and the Guggenheim palazzo that hosts the collection peggy guggenheim The pen is of a very special orange/coral colour. The fittings are in solid rose gold (I think is the first PoA 888 using rose gold). The body is inspired from the art deco paintings in her collection Here you can see it in natural light on a very sunny day: The lions are a recurring theme and here the eyes have a small carnet stone detail shows the diamonds in the cone that is inspired to the Venetian gondolas The nib has the pawn sign from peggy's dogs Here you can see it on paper: I think that this pen is a true miniature of art! the solid rose gold fittings give it a very distinct character -- very different to the more limited 88 edition. The coral body will not be for everyone but I really love that this pen stands out as a very artistic expression of a very important patron of arts. I hope that you enjoyed this very short review! Christian
