  1. This is my first review here, so please bear with me. Bought this pen from ebay at reasonable price, since nobody seems to have any idea who Geha was. Had a Geha 790 which is a much smaller pen, and was quite good, so I took the plunge. Appearance and size: 10/10 For me, MB 146 is the reference size, because it is the most comfortable. This pen looks better than the MB 146 imho, it is a similar size and girth, but more comfortable to hold in the hand because the grip section is slightly longer, so I don't tend to grip it by the threads, and it has a very nice form. Also colorwise it is nicer than the boring usual black. The clip has some similarities to Pelikan and I like it also most. What I find awesome is that it is the only pen of this size I feel similartly comfortable in writing posted or unposted. Construction: 10/10 Well, as I already wrote, very balanced pen, best size for me. It is also nice that it is made from cellulloid with that characteristic smell. It has an ink window similar to contemporary MBs, so this is quite nice. Since the pen is inked, you cannot see it so well. Rest is above. Filling: 10/10 Considering this is a pen from the fifties and piston filling still works perfectly, don't think it was serviced, enough said. Also it seems to hold more ink than an MB 146, even considering it is not so long. Nib: 10/10 It looks like a large #6 nib, 14k gold, it is written M on the pen, but writes more like a western F or the fine side of medium, and oh, the flex. Quite flexy nib, I am just beginning to enjoy flex, so please do not laugh at my attempt, but this one is awesome. Very smooth, pretty wet when writing without pressure and very wet and without any ink flow problems whenn flexing, flexes better than my Pilot with FA nib, what can I say, a joy to write. Test Drive: 10/10 Already wrote above. Funny thing is I have over 50 fps, german, japanese etc, but this one became my favorite from day 1 I had it. This says more that anything. Overall: 10/10 Already wrote that this is my best writer, so max score ofc.
