  2. Can you imagine which of your pens may still be in use or rotation in five years time? What may be like your relation with fountain pens in general in the future? What is it like now? Is it likely to change or evolve significantly? A bigger or more defined collection or just a few selected pens you may fall in love with on your way? I hope you don't mind me asking.

Thoughts On This Nick Stewart Inks

So , just stumbled on an article below: https://nickstewart.ink/2018/09/22/a-new-future-for-fountain-pen-inks/ and this: https://nickstewart.ink/2018/09/04/multi-purpose-fountain-pen-inks/ If I understand the article correctly, it means you just need the set of 4 inks from them and you can create multiple colors from the color wheel in the article. Seems like a concept that mixable inks have taken since quite a while though? Although this seems to only require the 4 basic colors
  4. Couldn't help but chuckle when I saw this: a pen that's also a bluetooth remote to take selfies on your phone. I'll keep my pens disconnected thanks very much!
  5. Another thread got me thinking about some minor changes to future Pelikans, that all though not crazy to do, would make the pens even better (in my opinion) 1) For the M80x/M1000 striped Green/Blue/Red bodies having the internal piston changed from the silver brass to a black coated/anodized brass, so that the silver piston wouldn't shine though half the body and detract the eye. Then having the piston as an optional extra to retro fit on existing models if so desired. 2) The option for single tone nibs. On the Mxx05 range rather than a dual tone nib or rhodium plated nib, I think a 18C White Gold nib would look great, and no concern for plating coming off. On the MXX00 range an option for a single tone gold nib. On a black and gold pen, I think an all yellow Gold nib would set it off more. What would you change ?
