    I bought a very nice Pilot Namiki Sterling but inking it today no vacuum for the converter. Removing converter as per instructions a small black piece of plastic joined the converter. Can't see a way this fits in or even if I'm being totally stupid by asking but given I love the pen, do I need to send it for repair or s it beyond that? Any info most welcome. Thanks. R
