This is a follow up review of Waterman's Popular blue black ink, Mysterious Blue. After letting the ink sit in the pen for a couple of days, I did notice some initial flow problems. A twist or two on the converter solved that problem. In my initial review, the biggest problem with the ink in my opinion was some feathering. It was nothing terrible, but it did keep this ink out of the five star category of inks. I decided to write on some Rhodia paper, to see if there was a change in the feathering, as well as Franklin-Christoph's new line of paper (which I have found to be even better than Rhodia when it comes to feathering.) The feathering considerably went down, but it was still slightly there. Another plus, was I noticed no significant difference in the dry time on these other papers.
