2008 Beijing Olympics Pen By Lampo, Beifa
hari317 posted a topic in China, Korea and Others (Far East, Asia)
Seven years after the 2008 Summer Olympics held at Beijing, probably it was time for this company to liquidate their remaining stocks at throwaway prices. I discovered this pen at a local shop, selling at a very attractive price of around 13USD. The pen is quite well made with good quality components and attention to details. The pen seems to have been made by a pen company called Beifa under the Lampo brand. This is my attempt to document the existence of this pen. The motif on the Overlay is reminiscent of the Beijing National Stadium aka the Bird's nest. The cap is reminiscent of the Olympic torch.
