Hi everyone, I recently purchased a used montblanc briefcase. I cant seem to find this specific model on the montblanc website or the internet and I wanted to know if this is authentic or not. I bought it on instagram and the seller has a huge selection of used bags of several brands. The briefcase is quite heavy (empty) and is very well built. It has the aged leather smell on the outside and inside of the bag and the leather on the outside is already showing some damage (under the flap). I would appreciate any thoughts on this. Thanks.

Hard Carry Case/holder For 5-10 Standard International Cartridges?
3nding posted a topic in Fountain & Dip Pens - First Stop
Hi everyone! I usually carry something like 5 spare cartridges in their orginal packaging in my backpack wherever I go. Problem is, after a while of being in there, the cardboard packaging more or less gets destroyed. Does anyone know of a company that makes a hard carry case for international long (or short for that matter) cartridges? Has somebody thought of a clever solution to this? I can't believe I would be the only one with this problem! Thank you all very much in advance! - 3nding -
Diamond Creek Satchel Video Review
rberg6868 posted a topic in Paper & Pen Paraphernalia Reviews and Articles
I have owned the Diamond Creek Satchel for two years. It's a hand made leather briefcase that is sturdy, functional, and beautiful. It is so well made that I seriously believe that it will be something that I will be able to pass down to my children. Gfeller Casemakers is a small shop in Idaho and many of you may not be aware of their work so I have put my thoughts about it into this video. I am not associated with Gfeller in any way other than as a customer. https://youtu.be/CwOVQcW6qV0-

Not Happy With Saddleback. Recommend A Light Bag.
Brian C posted a topic in Paper and Pen Paraphernalia
A while ago I asked for recommendations on a Saddleback leather bag. I went with the large satchel. I have found that the bag is too heavy and has too little room inside. I don't care for it. I am going to sell it. Now I am seeking recommendations for a more practical bag. I have looked at Duluth Pack, Duluth trading, Copperriver (not sure if these leather bags are lighter than Saddleback), and Fogg (looks way too expensive). Oh, I have looked at Maxpedition but I don't care for the velcro on the inside.- 69 replies
