  1. Hi, I have read a lot of articles on FPN because it is a tremendous source of information, but this is my first topic ever. I have a pen that I cannot find any information about and therefore I am reaching out to you. I have had quite a lot of Montblanc pen's, including several Monte Rosa's but I recently bought a few pen's including a Montblanc Astoria. I have checked the great Collectible Stars resource, and I have seen a lot of Astoria's through Google Images but the only thing I have found is a Monte Rosa that has the same color and ink window but obviously has a different cap and writing. Does anyone have an idea which model this is?

    Vintage Astoria 1G

I came across this pen, and I was wondering if anyone had anymore info about it. My google searches turned up basically nothing. It is advertised as around a 1960's pen (which should then be produced by Montblanc since they bought Astoria as far as I know). Also, I am unfamiliar with that image being used for Astoria. The cap also doesn't have the familiar "checker". Here are images. http://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/4JgAAOSwTM5Y3NpW/s-l1600.jpghttp://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/QQ8AAOSww3tY46Bq/s-l1600.jpghttp://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/cC4AAOSwUp1Y46Bs/s-l1600.jpg http://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/5M4AAOSwzgBY3NpU/s-l1600.jpg

Help! Is This Really An Astoria?

Hi! I bought this safety years ago, as a rare Astoria. Have never seen any similar piece. However I just found this info where an almost identical piece is identified as a Waterman 42. Difference is my safety has a 01 on the blind cap, Nib is a heart hole "Warranted 01"imprinted and a little bit more adorned. Of course, no brand imprint on the pen. Could it really be an Astoria? Any help identifying it will be greatly appreciated. 4. Hi, I've come into possession of an Astoria Nib No.2. Disregarding the fact that the feed might not be able to handle the ink requirements of the flexible nib, would it be possible to mount this nib on any Pelikan M Feed or any Sailor 1911? Thank you very much!
