    Pelikan 1000M Demonstrater Leaky Nib

    This pen has a small but annoying leak around the nib. I have tried silicone grease and tightened the nib as much as I dare but the leak continues. I've attached a couple of pictures to illustrate the problem. Any advice will be much appreciated.

    I'm looking to buy my first Parker Fountain Pen. I'm on a budget of 50 euro including postage to Ireland but it would be nice to keep it closer to 30. Next year I'll be doing really important exams which are hours long at a time so I need a nice pen to get me through. Please, when making suggestions...
