The pen I am going to review today is from a relatively newly launched V'sign pens. Its based in Mumbai, India. This is going to be a casual review. DESIGN- FIORELLA is a small sized pen, suitable for people with both, small and medium hands. With a torpedo shaped barrel, the pen comes out to be a great looking pen, especially for its new design. For a starter or a budget constraint fountain pen users, this is a brilliant fountain pen in terms of looks and outer appearance. The aesthetics of the pen are too good. Material used is ABS acrylic and is DUCO painted. Its a solid pen and handles rough and tough use well. The cap is metal and the clip is spring loaded. The SECTION of the pen is the barrel itself, suitable to write with any gripping method. The barrel isn't slippery and is suitable for long writing hours. The trims are soft metal and don't create any problem while writing. The bottom metal part handles the balance well. BALANCE AND SIZE- At 110 mm uncapped, this is a small sized pen. Its an untiring experience while writing with the pen. The main highlight of the pen is the barrel being the section making it pocket friendly. CAP- 40 mm PEN UNCAPPED - 110 mm, with nib PEN CAPPED - 130 mm PEN POSTED WITH CAP- 145 mm SECTION/BARREL DIA - nearly 10 mm NIB- A half-round nib or a HR nib as it is known as is used in the Fiorella. The width is fine and is stainless steel finished. Its a toothy yet wet nib. Its not scratchy and you do get feedback but its somewhat like a Japanese fine would be. The feed is plastic feed, thicker and longer than the #5 nib feed used in most Chinese pens. Its a well balanced pen, small in size and the nib adding to its aesthetics. INK FILLING METHOD- Its a cartridge converter pen. No ed use possible. CONCLUSION- I really liked the pen for its price. Its better than my Parker vector in all terms, looks and writing pleasure. Its a good addition to the Indian Fp Scene and most users would agree to my review when they use this brilliant value for money pen.Limited branding, only on the cap makes it even better. The cigar colored fiorella i bought is a real beauty. It not only offers value for money but the writing pleasure is what makes its price astonishing. At Rupees 195 plus shipping, this pen is a must have pen those looking for everyday usage pen. This is my personal opinion about the pen and i am just a happy customer.
