Onoto Cap tops and clips needed

Hi Guys,

 

I have three Onoto - De la Rue pens for repair and I am in need of 2 cap tops and 3 clips. Two are lever fillers and have a smaller diameter top, the plunger has a larger diameter, it has the cap top but is also short of the clip.

 

Can anyone help me out and provide me with any of these items or know where I can get them from? I bet it would be possible to turn one of these on the lathe but I currently don`t have access to a lathe (use to be one at work, but not anymore!) Anyone think they could turn one for me and thread it if I could get the measurments? It at least just needs something covering the end because at present the nib is sticking through the end of the cap!
