Pretty cool - and JSBurly is a well known dealer on the flashlight and EDC forums - just wanted to let folks here know who he is and that he has a good reputation on other fora.

FWIW there are some interesting things on the EDC forums including a pen board - although the focus tends to be as much on Signo 207s and the like as FPs, but there are plenty of people (including me) who consider a FPN part of my essential every day carry setup! :)

A pen a day keeps the doctor away...

Sorry, I can't resist. A P38 next to the pen and quarter.

Didn't know a P38 was that well known. Feel more at home here every day.

Do the right thing. It will gratify some people and astonish the rest.

Yes JSBurly's is selling what appears to be a custom product from one of the EDC forum members.

Yes, P-38's are part of the pocket paraphernalia of at least three generations of America's military, and many of their family members by association. My dad was a WWII vet and always carried one. I can remember that I kept the first one I pulled out of a C-Ration packet in basic and I still have it - and about six dozen more. I would not leave home without one.

And, I am also interested in this little pen gem.

Oops, Sorry about that.

I forgot that only members could see that part of my forum.

Here is a thread that non-members can see and I corrected my mistake in the first post as well.

Tiny Pen Thread

Yep, Titanium and Stainless EDC pens are available.

Thanks

Jon

PS

HesNot,

Did you know that I was the owner of EDCF?

Hey Jon - for some reason I never connected that you were not just a participant but the owner of EDCF! Nice keyring package you posted, BTW, the cool tweezers, not on but two Spydies, an interesting screwdriver and those great McGimzmo clips.

That is a neat pen - can't believe how small it is. If I didn't have one in my SAK minichamp as my backup I'd be all over it.

And I didn't want to step on any toes but just wanted to let the folks here at FPN know you might be new here but have been around a while and to buy with confidence!

When I was at Basic Training in March of '85 we had the relatively new at the time MREs... but I still have a P38!

  • 8 months later...

These pens exist again in both Titanium and Stainless Steel. There is a change however. They now have custom tiny Fisher Cartridges made for them in these now.

The Pens are here.

Edited.

There are so many bad links in this thread and it is so old I should start a new thread on this. I think I will do that after a little nap :)
