Sailor to sell a limited edition Saibi-togi nib

Early next month Sailor will sell the limited edition Saibi-togi nib. It writes 0.26 mm horizontal strokes and 0.18 mm vertical strokes. In Japan it's limited to 250 pens. It comes with a special nib flossing tool

Right on the heels of the "how low can you go" sub-millimeter gel pen race... This should give the Signo 0.18 mm a run for its money. Not that we're talking the same kind of money.

Well I don't think I need such a thin writing pen, especially for the price and the design I'm wondering if they are going to add the nib to their regular offerings if this limited version turns out to be popular.

Unfortunately when converted into AU dollars that's a $550AU pen. For that money, I’m getting a Urushi Nakaya. Pity the Sailor is so expensive.
