OK, bought more NOS, so here you go. save additional $5.00 with combinations of any of the two choices. Prices including shipping within US, International add $10 to total order, not per item. Paypal, check all fine. While supply last.

1. Convertible!! No, not cars, but pens that convert from FP to RB. I have customers asking for RBs as well. so now you get two pens in one. FP has iridium M nib, c/c filler. RB takes generic Schmidt roller refills (one comes with the pen). Gift box included. $50. Pen is not of flimsy construction. This is full size, substantial and nice constructed pen.

2. Modified Tosca in Blue or Terracotta. All existing Tosca are long sold out. These are converted from RBs. The original Tosca has bigger irridium nib, these have smaller irridium M nibs. Also has a smaller pluger type converter which makes flushing the pens quite easy. These will not take regular size converter. Because smaller nibs, smaller converter, the price is also smaller. Instead of usual $60, these are only $50. Original retail was $120. Italian Celluloid, rolled from rod, not sheets.

3. Alphaplus. Same deal as above. These are conversion from RBs as all FPs are sold out. Smaller iridium nib, plunger type c/c, so smaller price as well. Usual price was $60, now $50. Original was $120. Please specify Blue or Tarracotta. Gorgeous authentic Italian Celluloid (not Chinese celluloid). If you want to pay more for Italian Celluloid, that's your business. Want to buy Italian Celluloid at fantastic prices? that's my business. While supply last.

Wow, I just received a blue Alphaplus from winedoc--this is a superb pen. Beautiful color resin and ultra smooth writer--just fantastic. The celluloid has so much depth, like layers of autumn leaves all but blocking the blue sky.

Isn't sanity really a one-trick pony, anyway? I mean, all you get is one trick, rational thinking! But when you're good and crazy . . . ooh hoo hoo hoo! . . . the sky's the limit!

Sonia,

I have a blue Tosca (that was originally a FP), and I know exactly what you mean about the depth of the celluloid. An absolutely beautiful pen. I just ordered an Alphaplus in Terracotta, can't wait to get it.

Here is a picture of some of the Danitrios I've acquired

  • 3 weeks later...

They are back. I have more of these in stock in limited supply. Good daily user pens. Some companies don't tell you and won't tell you that they have out sourced their celluloid to China as a cheaper alternative. The celluloid pens offered here are genuine Italian celluloid made from rods with no ugly seams running down the pen cap and body. You want to pay more for Italian celluloid, that's your business, but if you want Italian Celluloid at excellent prices, that's my business.  Don't wait until they ran out like the $27 pens. These are all NOS, and will no longer be made.

Best,

Kevin

The Alphaplus looks just about right for my hand but I am firmly in the fine to extra fine camp. Very handsome pens though!

Got my blue alphaplus today, but there is a serious problem. The Italian Celluloid is so deep and rich looking, I keep wanting to take a bite out of it  . The blues and purples look like shiny, tasty rock candy, and the browns and blacks look like caramel and chocolate respectively. This pen looks so delicious I am having a hard time not eating it  . I keep telling myself, "Jack, pens are for writing, not for eating. Do not eat this pen!" but my mental pleas go unheard by my eyes and my stomach.

Any suggestions to help me out would be appreciated, thanks! :P :bunny1:

Stop that now! First Meanwhile accused for his neglet of his other pens because of the raw Densho, now you are trying to eat your pen  I am going to stop puting out a disclaimer:

"Not responsible for your financial ruin, nor responsible for negleting your other pens, and certainly not responsible for your health. Buy and eat at your own risk." :roflmho: or something like that.

but seriously, glad you like the pen. I tried to do my best with my photos, but the Italian celluloid just look so much better in person. Enjoy the pen and thanks again.

Best,

Kevin

Yep...financial ruin...that would be me. <G> I love your pens so much I'm considering trading my first born for one....except that I don't have a first born, so that would be a slight problem...... :D

No more kids please. I can't even handle my two kids right now   After our second one, I told my wife I am done. If she wants another one, it won't be by me  Good thing, she is done too.

LOL....it always works best when both the spouses are done with having kids at the same time....otherwise, strange questions get asked.

Thanks, Kevin, for bringing us great pens and great prices. You'll notice the Dani Alphaplus was my choice for paper island.....<G>

I'm getting very curious about danitrio pens (thanks to winedoc), but I would like to know how the nibs compare to a sailor 1911. has anyone experienced both and able to offer a comparison?

thanks
