De Atramentis Amaretto Ink (golden Brown)

The third of my De Atramentis ink reviews. I held a lot of hope for this one, and it lives up to its name...just not quite my shade of brown.

After a long period of drying it fades a bit to a rather golden olive-brown. In actuality it is a bit more olive than the scan shows, at least on my monitor.

John, thanks for doing some ink reviews for us! (Seems like I know of some other inks you got recently...Maybe more reviews?)

This ink looks a lot like Herbin Amber and Noodler's Eternal Brown, both of which I have and like. Glad to know about Amaretto.

Best, Ann
