What is the style of this Sheaffer?

I don't know the model name, but it's a cartridge-filling school pen with a Stylpoint nib. If it's like similar ones I've seen, the plastic is a bit soft.

After surfing around online I'm thinking it might be called a Sheaffer Skripsert.

I don't think so. This is a Skripsert Deluxe, which is the same as the standard Skripsert except that the standard version has a PdAg nib and a chrome-plated clip instead of the gold bits here:

This is a 1959 Sheaffer cartridge pen. It was called a Skripsert cartridge pen and it retailed for $2.95. Here is an excerpt from a magazine ad from 1959:

By the way, 25 cents was a good deal. These have the potential of being really good writers. I have two of these; one writes as well as my Imperials, the other is simply a good writer.
