i do not think that you have heard about this fountain pen before

 

 

This pen is made in Pakistan and it is sold for around rupees 25 which is equal to approximately 25 cents.

Stub! Wish I'd had one of those in school.

I don't think it is a stub; rather it has a folded nib, which gives a huge difference between the vertical and horizontal widths of the stroke.
