A red dusty to the point of being reddish brown might still be appropriate for hairline cursive. Hello miso/sake microbe, lactobacillus, natto microbe and leaf spot fungus! Utterly adorable, thank you for the review.

I have an almost full (almost too full) bottle of RRB that I'll trade for... something else. I like medium to dark blues especially, sometimes a nutty brown...No Noodlers. Diamine is good. A half-bottle of Iroshizuku of some sort. Or whatever.

For the record, the writing above is with a dip pen. As far as fountain pen inks go, I found them to behave rather well.
