Newton Pens now offers larger size pens with #8 nibs.

They come in 18k gold, two tone fine, medium, or broad, with any grind that you like.

 

They are $200 each.

Interesting. These Jowo (?) #8 nibs look to be about the same length as the #6 nibs, though quite a bit wider. Rather like the nib on Montegrappa's Extra 1930, yet unlike most other #8 nibs which tend to be quite a bit longer.

Dunno - haven't taken one apart. Don't see a good reason too. Really, these seem pretty fragile, and not cheap, to just take apart for no reason. I really really don't want to ruin any of these feeds. :)

I do have several of these #8 bare nibs, w/o feed and housing available in gold plated steel.
