OK, "bird war" is a hard word, let´s call it "bird story".

Your Turkey is fantastic, but I fear he and Peace Dove will have it not easy with Pelikan and Eagle.

As you already mentioned Pelikan seems to be a little bit mad and Eagle is a (horny) aristocratic predator with a big ego and a small brain.

Raths, great practice sheet, I should do a little more of that

pterodactylus... nice century old ink stck... really neat.

plistumi... black swan.... had a pair of white swans nesting in nearby pond... nice from a distance,,, really mean close up..good rendering.

 

 

Ink used for outlines and lettering was Zhivago 60/40 water mx... usng the Jinhao with a nemosne EF nib... becoming a favorite for daily writing... Note how the watercolor does not affect the Zhivago ink... pretty good water resistance..unlike the chesterfiield Mahogony below... a little H2O yields this ink.

 

 

Hoping to try the Nemosine 0.8 mm nib on my next fill.

Eagle had to make a refuelling stop.

And somehow Turkey was successful with his appeal, he loves wants his neighbor....

I hope he will have no accident as it seems that a big bird catching cat is sneaking up from behind.....

Seagull and I have been busy lately, Seagull on weapon training and I in the middle of packing, moving to a new place. Therefore Seagull appears only as a draft. She told me to say that she is not afraid of all the grass eating ballet dancers showing up lately. As she said: “They’re nothing but feathers and air, and I won’t even be full after having them for breakfast, no matter of their dark colours”. The only ones she is paying attention to are the raptors, and these she will defeat. “You will rust like old cars when I’m done with you”, she sais.

 

The good thing is that I could draw her with my new Pilot vanishing point. A yellow one!

You were right as you wrote a couple of days ago that Eagle better mind his navigation instead of thinking all the time about Seagull´s legs.

I don´t know how to say it, but it seems Seagull has some more time until he will met her......

I´m really worried about Raven the Knight.

He was really depressed as Seagull refused (not responded to) his offer to help.

It seems there is no need for knights in shining amor these days anymore.

 

His three wheeler parks since 3 days in front of this pub.

Normally he drinks no alcohol as he wants to be perfect hero....
