Hero 234 vs Platinum Carbon Black - colour lift-off onto wet sheet

There are four faint ‘streaks’ resulting from lift-off of pigment from the four lines of Latin written in Hero 234 ink on contact (with no rubbing) with the wet paper towel for several minutes. There is also a tiny bit of lift-off from the lines above that, but it's too faint to see in this photo; I could only see it when there is light both coming at an angle onto the front, as well as shining from behind.

There is no lift-off that I can see from any of the writing done in Platinum Carbon Black ink.
