This is one of the minor issues with uploading images into the FPN Image Gallery, as opposed to being post attachments, for embedding inline in posts: the images are then publicly viewable and searchable, independently of the context in which they're used. The uploader could give descriptions, references and/or commentary in the images' metadata, but for a one-off reply illustrated with a screenshot (or some such) to something, and not intended for more general consumption or having any lasting information value, it's often not worth the bother to the commenter/uploader.
