*shudder* I remember visiting my best mate, who'd moved from Australia to Silicon Valley the year before, almost a quarter of a century ago, and on my first visit he treated me to a whole weekend of Beavis and Butthead continuously playing on the TV screen. To this day, I just cannot bear to watch another five minutes of that show.
