The threads for the cap and ink widow. In the model 111 (left), the threads are engraved on the celluloid barrel. The original color of the ink window was probably green, but it is discolored and not recognizable. In the 1931 Gold, (right) the threads are engraved on the ebonite section. The color of the ink window is amber.
